MNSpeak: Talk

Winter Finally Comes To MNspeak

Several new photos (snow! St. Paul!) have been added to the rotating banner above. Special thanks to Margaret Andrews, Chris Gorney, and Linda Bernin for contributing. I've created a page that contains all the photos currently in rotation.

Several of the photos with green grass and trees have been removed. They will return in a few months.

Super! I especially like the falls (which I actually got to check out for the first time on MLK day. Just trying to walk around that place when everything is completely covered in ice is a friggin adventure - but a fun one!) as well as Nicollet Station with that mocking, nasty ad and the woman who seems to be glancing at it wistfully.

I know I gave you a bunch of those photos, but ... can I revolt? Those cold is tired and I'm ready for spring. What about puppies? What if they were Minneapolis puppies? What if they were Minneapolis puppies bounding through a green field? Would you post those?

Excellent new pictures.

As everyone knows... I fucking hate kids... but I love puppies!

wow the icehouses one is a stunner.

I agree, these are excellent additions.

Muy Biens all around.

Not only is this a community where people share information and opinion... but sharing the graphic design via photography is pretty darn cool. Awesome pictures!

Is it just me or is Margaret like, totally hot?

Hands off, budster.

I, too, love the ice-fishing picture.

Love the shot of the Capitol, but if you want something breathtaking, go there on a brigh sunny day with a clear blue sky. There may not be a more beautiful building in this state, inside and out.
